Added a second back ground,. they blend together to give a nice effect,. . tweeked a load of stuff,. Im quite happy with it as it is,. It may stay this way for some time.

close to finnished,.
ok, here is tha latest iteration of this one,.

I think i'm almost 'finnished' this little project,. as I've started another GM production, a niffty stratagy/golf game, as well, I have started to learn the tools for the GarageGames engine,. so i will likely be starting something new with that,. . more to come,.
As far as DustScape, well, it was just a simple idea and i think it does generate some interesting gameplay,. I was playing around with simple sprites blended over a photo I made, likeing the visual result I hope to find the time to do some more fully photo based games,. any artist communes need a game designer??

releaseable demo,. Hurrah!
found a signature particle effect in the poping of the Green Nuclii,. nice colors to fill the screen. the game now starts with the player in a cripled form,. only the Horizontal controlers are working! This makes learning the game a bit simpler,. as well as breaking the game play into two distinct levels,. the Fire Balls now accelerate much slower when they bounce,. this gives the player more time to move around unobstucted,. so when the System Energy level reaches twenty-one (21), then FULL CONTROL,. vertical, as well as, Horizontal, is restored,. .

I added keymapings for WASD same as ARROWS and J is same as CONTROL.

I have tweeked the looks of the Green Nuclii,. added a background color rotator,. a new photo in the back,. added a gravity vector indicator to the player,. and probably some more bits,. oh, yeah now the Fire Balls bounce at the edges,. and re-accelerate to reach their crusing speeds., this way they don't jump out at you from the edges while wraping the screen.
the main thing i was trying here is having the controls striped down to; LEFT, RIGHT, and CONTROL still adds some brakeing. Try 'er out. It has a totally differernt flow to it,. more difficult and slower to reach higher System Energy levels,. you can Press the C Key to get full control back!
